Azusa Unified School District; Improving Language in the Community

Adults who are enrolled in Azusa Adult School ESL classes, are attending regularly, and have made a pledge to tutor may receive FREE personal tutoring at one of our CBET Tutor Centers. (Students must be referred by their ESL Instructor)

Each center is managed by a credentialed teacher and staffed by an instructional aide and trained volunteers. Each student attends on an appointment basis for one-half hour during scheduled center hours.

Students receive personal one-on-one instruction in a video-driven curriculum titled, In English. Participants in this program check out the videos for further study and practice at home.
